Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the MrUpsell hub (mrupsell.com), the MrUpsell WooCommerce plugin and the MrUpsell Shopify app (together the "Service") by merchants ("you"). The Service is offered to businesses only.

2. Account and connected shops

Shops are connected to your workspace with a one-click connection (WooCommerce) or automatically when you install the app (Shopify); there is no limit on the number of shops. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and the site secrets issued to your shops confidential.

3. Fees and billing

There is no subscription fee. MrUpsell charges a revenue share of 3 % of the net upsell revenue generated through the Service (accepted upsell orders minus refunds), billed monthly in arrears. WooCommerce merchants are invoiced via Stripe and charged to the payment method on file; Shopify merchants via Shopify Billing as a usage charge. Once accrued fees exceed €5 without a payment method on file, you will be notified; after a grace period of 14 days offer delivery may be paused until a payment method is added. Invoices below €1 are carried over to the next month.

4. Your obligations

You are responsible for the legality of your offers, prices and communication with your customers, including consumer protection and tax law. You must not use the Service to charge customers without a valid authorisation.

5. Availability and support

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deactivating the plugin or uninstalling the app; fees accrued up to that point remain payable. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
