The plugin/app sends aggregated totals (accepted upsell orders minus refunds) to the MrUpsell hub – never customer data.

We calculate 3 %
On the 1st of each month the previous month's fee is invoiced: 3 % of the net upsell revenue. Fees below €1 roll over.

Charged to your card on file
WooCommerce merchants add a card in the dashboard once fees accrue (you have 14 days after the first €5 in fees). Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify as a capped usage charge.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
There is no plan at all – it's free until your first upsell sells; then 3 % of the upsell revenue MrUpsell generates. No monthly fee, no tiers, no feature gates.
When is the fee charged?
Monthly in arrears. On the 1st of each month we invoice 3 % of the previous month's net upsell revenue (accepted upsell orders minus refunds). WooCommerce merchants pay via the card on file in the MrUpsell dashboard; Shopify merchants via Shopify billing as a capped usage charge on their Shopify invoice.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create an account, install the plugin and start selling. Once your upsells have earned more than €5 in fees you are asked to add a card – offers keep running for 14 days, so nothing stops abruptly.
What counts as upsell revenue?
Only orders created by a MrUpsell offer that the customer accepted on the thank-you page (WooCommerce child orders / Shopify post-purchase additions). Your regular orders are never part of the calculation, and refunded upsells are deducted.
Are there limits on rules, revenue or features?
No. Unlimited rules, unlimited upsell revenue, unlimited shops, 3 % on everything. The only technical limit is 3 funnel steps per rule.
How do I cancel?
Deactivate the plugin or uninstall the app – there is no contract to cancel. Fees already earned in the current month are invoiced at the start of the next month; after that you pay nothing.
